After the publicity of the Sanlu contaminated milk powder issue, a survey was carried out among the 3, 000 students on "whether you still drink milk" in our school. The results are as follows. 55 percent of the students who participated in the survey give a positve answer, for they believe that the majority of milk products are reliable and can help people strengthen their body. Meanwhile, about one third of them express their doubts and refuse to drink any more milk in the future because of their loss of confidence in domestic milk and the fear of catching disease. The 13 percent left say that they won't make a decision before the results of the quality test are out.
From the passage, I’ve learnt that relaxation plays an important part in our daily life. People who feel relaxed, are more willing to do their job and do better in work or study, compared with the tired people, But for most of us, only when we have got everything done do we realize we should take a rest.
In my school, students are required to go to school on Saturdays, especially students of Senior Grade Three. So they have their own different opinions on it. Some students think that taking classes at weekends makes them much tired and bored, leaving them little time to do their own things. However, others hold the opposite opinion that as students of Senior Three, they should make full use of every minute to take in more and more to prepare for the entrance examination. And most of the teachers and parents are for the idea that students should have classes on Saturdays. They hope that the students can learn more by having classes at weekends. Some of the parents are worried that if their children don’t need to have classes at weekends, they will spend most of their time playing computer games or doing other useless things, which are not good for them.
As far as I’m concerned, no matter how busy we are, we should have suitable relaxation. For example, we can study in the evening and at night while playing or taking some exercise in the afternoon or at weekends. In this way, we will neither lose the time to study nor have no time to relax ourselves. What’s more, having suitable relaxation can help us prepare better for the following week’s work.
In a word, in order to face the hard work, I think students should have suitable relaxation at weekends.
